Bing

Bing (formerly Live Search, Windows Live Search, and MSN Search) is the Microsoft search engine. Bing was unveiled by Microsoft's CEO Steve Ballmer in May 2009 and was fully operational in June 2009.

The most notable changes from the previous Microsoft search engines are the listing of search suggestions in real time as queries are entered, and a list of related searches - the "Explorer pane" on the left side of search results. Bing also includes the ability to save and share search histories via email, Facebook and Windows Live Skydrive.

Bing has signed a deal to power Yahoo! Search and is one of the top three search engines.
